Sedap

Sedap - Regent Place
501 George Street, Sydney

Sedap means delicious in Malay. Fitting word to describe the newly opened Sedap branch in Regent Place on George Street, Sydney. Sister branch to the Sedap Chatswood Westfield, and also the Sedap in the ANZ Tower.

Roast Chicken

On first impression, the store fit out from outside has a very Malaysian rustic food hawker store feel to it. Get there early to avoid the queue or the possibility of sharing table.

Roast Chicken with Chicken Rice & Soup $13

Roast Chicken with Chicken Rice + Soup is hearty and filling. Very generous portion size. Food was lukewarm, would have preferred it to be a tad warmer.

Don't forget to check out the fried range of snack sized delights such as fried banana at the front counter. Overall a very authentic Malaysian menu. Will be back to try the laksa next time.
