Only in Singapore... will you find a cookies & cream sponge chiffon cake for S$1.70. I found this little beauty in Bugis Junction food centre downstairs at Yummi Chiffon.
They have plenty of other varieties, double chocolate, green tea, strawberry, vanilla - all for S$1.70. For the price, I'm not expecting anything ultra lush, but it definately does the trick and is satisfying and soft. It helps that they are so cute and pretty too! A nice little snack to go :)
